Tracking performance ensures the service you need from a critical supplier

To ensure we continuously deliver the best service to all our clients we monitor our performance  with a series of key performance indicators (KPI’s). 

Delivery Accuracy YTD (as of Feb 29) : 99.7% 

On Time Delivery YTD (as of Feb 29) : 98.1%

To keep us on track and help us to provide world class service, we like to meet formally with clients at least once a year to discuss where our performance has been GREAT or, if we’ve had any issues, what we’ve done as a corrective action. Our reviews are customer driven, in some cases we meet quarterly but we recommend a review at least once a year.
