Corrugated is an extremely durable, versatile, economical and lightweight base material for custom-manufactured shipping containers, packaging and point-of-purchase displays.
The BoxMaker’s ISO-compliant plant is capable of printing and converting some of the largest boxes in the industry as well as for intricate folding displays and merchandisers. The BoxMaker’s huge selection of materials includes application-specific grades for hazardous materials (UN4G), insulation, static dissipation and 100% post-consumer recycled.

The Sustainable Choice
Corrugated is the outright leader in recyclable, renewable packaging materials. Over 25 million tons of corrugated is recycled and the average amount of recycled content in finished corrugated containers exceeds 40%.
The BoxMaker sources corrugated materials from Sustainable Forestry Initiative participants. The SFI sets forth initiatives and standards to ensure the long-term viability of North American Forests through responsible management. Under SFI monitored requirements, an estimated 1.7 million trees are planted per day.
Approximately 60% of the energy used by the US paper industry comes from renewable biofuels. By not relying on petroleum based energy, corrugated leads the way in alternative energy processing.
The corrugated industry practices the “3-R” approach to sustainability: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. In the past 15 years, almost 20% of corrugated content has been reduced from finished shipping containers. Less unit content means less total waste.
