It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read off the internet.

Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after we have received the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

Merchandise returned because for any reason other than the product is damaged or defective must be received within 30 days of receipt of goods and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Items must be returned to our warehouse in 100% sealable condition. Custom products are not returnable.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx or The BoxMaker delivery service. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Sales tax will be charged according to applicable rates as determined by law in the states of Washington, Idaho, California, and Indiana.

How Do I Opt-Out or Correct Information About Me

You may always opt-out of receiving future e-mail messages and newsletters from us.  We provide you with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing from us by clicking “unsubscribe” found at the bottom of the list service emails.
